These Terms of Service govern your use of The Digital Fable’s website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

The Digital Fable provides personal brand strategy and industry leadership development services, including:

    • Strategic Discovery Sessions

    • Industry Leadership Accelerator Program

    • Content creation and strategy

    • LinkedIn optimization

    • Strategic consulting

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

    • All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand) unless otherwise specified

    • International payments accepted in USD and GBP via PayPal or bank transfer, proof of payment to be provided

    • Prices are subject to change with notice

2.2 Payment

    • 50%  payment required before service commencement

    • Monthly retainers paid in advance

    • No refunds on packages or sessions

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

    • All materials, methodologies, and content created by The Digital Fable remain our intellectual property

    • Brand assets, frameworks, and methodologies may not be reproduced without permission

3.2 Client Content

    • Clients retain rights to their personal stories and content

    • The Digital Fable may request permission to share client success stories (anonymized if preferred)

4. Confidentiality

    • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information

    • Client sessions and strategies remain private

    • NDAs available upon request

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Scheduling

    • Sessions scheduled upon payment confirmation

    • 48-hour cancellation policy

    • Rescheduling subject to availability

5.2 Program Commitment

    • Industry Leadership Accelerator requires 3-month minimum commitment

    • Regular attendance and participation expected

    • Implementation of strategic recommendations encouraged

6. Communication

    • Primary communication via email and scheduled sessions

    • WhatsApp support during business hours

    • Response time within 24-48 hours

7. Limitations of Liability

    • Results vary based on implementation and commitment

    • The Digital Fable provides strategy and guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

    • Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations

8. Termination

    • 30-day written notice required for program cancellation

    • No refunds on unused portions of programs

    • The Digital Fable reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
